Terms of Service

Landings Resume is a writing service. We prepare resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile content based on the information you give us. Each package includes the specific deliverables and number of revision rounds listed on our homepage at the time you order.

For LinkedIn content, we deliver ready-to-paste text for your headline, About section, and experience entries. We never request, access, or log in to your LinkedIn account or any of your online accounts.

Prices are listed on the site in US dollars and are one-time fees per order. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment provider. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Standard delivery is 48 hours from the time we receive your completed intake answers. Executive Suite orders are prioritized at 24 hours. Timelines are in hours from intake, not counting weekends or the time it takes you to respond to our questions.

To get the best result, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about your work history;
• Respond to our questions and revision requests in a reasonable time;
• Review the final documents for factual accuracy before you use them — you are responsible for the truthfulness of what you submit to employers.

You confirm you have the right to share the materials you upload, and that they do not contain anyone else's confidential information.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, listed on the package page. A "round" means one set of consolidated feedback from you and one updated delivery from us. Additional rounds beyond what is included may be available for an added fee, which we will agree on with you before starting.

Once your order is paid in full, the final documents we deliver to you are yours to use — for job applications, LinkedIn, and anywhere else. We retain ownership of our general templates, formats, and processes, and we may reuse those (but never your personal details or resume content) to improve the service.

We craft your materials with care and aim to make them as strong as possible, but we cannot promise any specific outcome — such as interviews, offers, or hiring timelines — because those depend on factors outside our control. Our service is writing and positioning, not a guarantee of employment.

You may cancel any time before work on your order begins and receive a refund — see the Refund Policy for details. Once writing has started, the order proceeds under the refund policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost job opportunities, wages, or data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Florida, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order at the time you place it, and we will post any updates here with a new date.
